e\'re seeking a Junior Designer to:

Carry out the established design treatment and style guide elements
Interpret project challenges and extend the visual language for the project
Consider both the visual and stylistic qualities of the selected treatment, as well as the functional requirements and usability aspects
Work closely with creatives and developers to ensure the solidity of design systems

Our ideal candidates will have:

2+ years of web experience and formal design training
Ability to assist with creation of online visual design, typography, visual concept, logos, icons, and other interactive platforms
Proficiency in MacOSX, Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Acrobat, Acrobat Distiller
Strong portfolio with engaging diverse designs
Knowledge and/or experience with JavaScript, CSS, and web applications is a plus
Experience with wireframing, experience mapping or architectural modeling a plus
Able to effectively communicate and coordinate with others, ensuring visual designs communicate desired messages
