My assignment was to produce a Farm to Table video and photos for social media and their own webpage. The long version is soon finished. This is the short version of the new autumn menue.

Since 2013 the production has been organically certified under the EU certification body. SBC try to work as much as possible with local produce such as wild elderflower from parks in Södermalm or rhubarb and grapes from the garden in Rosendal.
