My photographic career kicked off in the Highveld of South Africa where, having chosen sun over rain I left Jersey for in order to study photography and learn the trade for 4 years.
On my return to the UK I assisted several commercial photographers whilst building a client base of my own within the PR & corporate sectors. A huge opportunity to shoot a product catalogue for a leading UK outdoor brand in Southern India sparked a flame which has yet to be extinguished: using the natural beauty of the great outdoors to create authentic, atmospheric imagery of people and product in the pursuit of adventure, endeavor and leisure. I now shoot for editorials, brands and advertising clients wherever the excitement takes us.
I am inspired by several things, primarily an upbringing in the outdoors of the Channel Island of Jersey, a healthy dose of sea salt and fresh air and a life spent, thus far, seeking new and challenging opportunities around the world.
